I was feeling a bit tired at the time, but the staff on board were really kind and friendly. It made the whole experience feel more comfortable

I take Martz Bus every now and then, and the bus part is fine. No real complaints there. But the parking situation is what drives me crazy. Some days I pull in and find a spot right away, and other days I’m circling around getting more and more stressed, wondering if I’m about to miss the bus. It’s just annoying because you don’t really know what you’re walking into until you get there. I really wish they had clearer parking info online so you could plan ahead instead of playing the guessing game

The bus ride itself was fine, but the transfer situation was a mess. It didn’t feel well organized at all—no one seemed to know exactly where we were supposed to go, and I came really close to missing my next bus. For what you pay, I’d expect better coordination and at least a bit more help from the staff. It ended up being way more stressful than it needed to be.

Pickup went smoothly, no real issues there. The drop-off spot was okay, but not sure how to explain it, it just felt a little farther away than I expected and could’ve been more convenient...

I booked my Martz bus ticket online, and I’ll give them credit: the price I saw at the beginning was the same price I paid at checkout. No surprise fees or random add-ons at the last second, which was a nice change.

It was also easy to compare the different times and prices before booking. That said, the website felt a little basic and could be more polished, but it got the job done. I’d probably use it again.

I thought the bus was going to be super crowded, but it really wasn’t. I had my own seat for most of the ride, which was a nice surprise. No squeezing in next to someone, no awkward armrest battles, no standing in the aisle, no bags piled on my lap, just a chill ride overall.

I’ve booked Martz a few times now mostly because the fare was cheaper than driving in and then dealing with parking, which is its own little nightmare. I don’t know how people do NYC parking regularly without losing their minds, but anyway, for what I paid, the ride felt totally worth it.

The bus was clean enough and showed up close enough to on time for me. Nothing fancy, and you’re not getting some luxury travel experience, but I wasn’t expecting that. It got me where I needed to go without feeling like I overpaid, which is more than I can say for a lot of stuff lately, including groceries for some reason. I’d use them again as long as the fares stay reasonable

Maybe it was just that day, but it felt like they could use a better system, right? Not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating

I’m giving it 2 stars because, yeah, the bus did get me where I needed to go. But wow. The AC was blasting the entire ride. Like nonstop. I had a hoodie on and still felt cold, and other people around me were clearly freezing too. I kept thinking the driver would turn it down eventually, but nope. Nothing changed. Just sat there shivering for basically the whole trip. Not the worst ride ever, but definitely uncomfortable.

The bus itself was fine, but the wifi kept cutting out every few minutes. I couldnt get any work done and even simple pages wouldnt load half the time.

I took the Martz bus last week, and overall it was fine from what I remember. The ride felt safe, and I’m sure we got in close to on time, which was the main thing. The only part that stuck with me was the driver being a little short when people asked questions. I don’t remember him being outright rude or anything, just not especially friendly or helpful. It wasn’t a bad trip, but a little more patience or communication would’ve made it feel better.

The bus showed up late again, and my plans got messed up because of it. I was trying to be on time, but that didn’t really happen, unfortunately

I had to reach out to Martz about my booking and, uh, it took longer than I thought it would to hear back. They did eventually respond and help me out, but the waiting part was kind of frustrating. Not a bad experience overall, just wish they were a bit quicker.

I took the Martz Bus last weekend, the timing was the best part. I’m usually the person complaining about buses being late, complaining about waiting around, complaining about schedules that don’t mean anything, but this one actually showed up when it said it would.

We left maybe two minutes after the posted time, which I really can’t complain about, even though I usually do. The ride got me to my stop on time too, with no random delays, no confusion, and no standing there wondering what was going on.
That’s really all I needed. I complain a lot when travel times are off, because it happens way too often, but this time the online schedule matched what actually happened, and that was a nice surprise.

I was expecting the outlets to be there mostly for show, like they just want to say they have them, but mine worked fine the whole trip. Kept my phone charging the entire ride, which was a relief.

I took the Martz bus last week the terminal seemed okay at first. There were seats, the signs were easy to figure out, and one of the staff members answered my question without any issue. So I was thinking, alright, this is decent enough. But after sitting there for a while, my opinion changed real quick. The place feels dated, it could definitely use a better cleaning, and the bathroom was not something I’d want to use again if I could avoid it. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but if you’ve got a long wait, it’s not exactly the most comfortable place to be.

I took the Martz bus last week and was impressed!! The seats looked clean, there wasn’t trash lying around, and even the bathroom was way better than I expected for a bus. It made the whole trip feel a lot more comfortable. I’d definitely ride with them again.
